Is it too early to promote Christmas?
I don't know about you, but I've already got used to seeing Christmas Decorations and cards in the shops and I'm sure TV advertisers are influencing our children in to what to ask Father Christmas to bring them.
However, even for me a real Christmas lover, I must admit I thought September was a tad early. I went into a pub and they had a Christmas tree up laden with fake presents letting everybody know it was only 100 days to go! Even Selfridges opened their Christmas Shop on 1 August!
In my opinion, the build up to Christmas should begin after Halloween and Bonfire Night so only a week to go!!!!
Bearing that in mind, we've been busy in the kitchen coming up with some new ideas to tantalise you with and because I'm so excited and loads of customers have been asking what Boozy Bakers are offering this Christmas, I thought I'd let you have a sneak preview!
Meet RUDOLPH, our delicious reindeer Christmas cake, available in our Limited Edition Chocolate, Cointreau with Festive Spices. HIS NOSE REALLY GLOWS!!! In fact I'm watching it in the kitchen to see how long it will glow for! So far it's been two days so perfect for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. I don't know about you, but not many of our family like fruit cake, marzipan and icing, so this makes a great alternative. A fabulous centre piece to any festive table and a fantastic dessert with some cointreau cream!
Don't worry the children don't have to miss out, Rudolph can be made without any booze in a deliciously moist chocolate cake.
Available to pre-order now to pick up just before the big day. From £45 and serves 12, so get in touch!!!!
